Firstly I’d like to say the staff working were super friendly and professional. Maybe it was bad timing to stay here during a heatwave, but we found the room to be extremely hot and the small fan provided was inadequate to keep us cool. The windows wouldn’t stay open on their own without stuffing something under them. And you didn’t want the windows open due to the room facing a busy and noisy road. The shower was miserable, taking ages to adjust temperature which meant going from really cold to dangerously hot and didn’t have much pressure. Overall we left feeling very hot and disappointed and I don’t think we will be back in the future. I would suggest the owners provide a bigger pedestal fan or an air conditioning unit for really hot days.
