The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We arrived during a heatwave and they gave us ice cream and water. The rooms are on the small side, but they are fully equipped and clean. The only downside is the lack of airconditioning. There is a fan, but that can realistically only do so much. The breakfast was okay too, a small but good selection. It’s located close to many restaurants/bars and is only a short walk from Paddington Station.
