Pros - location is PERFECT - metro, Paddington, Hyde Park, pubs, restaurants, stores, it has everything. Also AC is working nicely, which is not standard. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. Cons - rooms are very tiny, no table or desk, only one foldable chair with nowhere to put it. Lots of small wear and tear in the rooms, it's just not being maintained well or deep cleaned often enough. Kitchen is very unhandy. BATHROOM HAS NO DOORS, only a sliding glass wall - no lock, no sound or smell proofing, no privacy - that sucks.
