Zara Continental Hotel

I am very disappointed with my stay. I specifically booked and paid for two Deluxe Suites and even requested that both suites be arranged with two beds. However, upon arrival, I discovered that only one room was actually a Deluxe Suite, while the second room was downgraded to a Junior Suite. This was extremely frustrating because I paid a premium price for two Deluxe Suites but did not receive what I had reserved. The issue was not about bed configuration; the real problem was that I was provided with a lower room category than the one I paid for. As a guest, this felt unfair and misleading. In addition, the rooms themselves require maintenance. The flooring showed noticeable signs of wear and deterioration, which negatively affected the overall impression of the property. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and transparency from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that I did not receive the accommodation I paid for, and it significantly impacted my satisfaction with the stay
