I had a very disappointing experience at Sunday Grand Hotel. 1. Poor hygiene standards throughout the hotel. The rooms and common areas were not maintained properly. 2. Worst customer service. The staff were unhelpful and showed no concern for guest comfort or complaints. 3. They are scamming customers through [Booking.com] . Whenever we raised questions regarding the booking or facilities, the hotel staff simply told us to “ask Booking.com” instead of taking responsibility. 4. No proper beds were provided despite the booking confirmation. We booked the hotel for 2 days and paid 972 SAR, but the experience was terrible. We are now forced to sleep on the floor because proper bedding was not arranged. Completely unacceptable and not recommended for families or travelers expecting basic hospitality.
