One of the finest hotel in Al-Khobar, customer service was great. Ms. Fatima of the front desk assisted us from checking in, until checking out, providing any front desk assistance and inquiries during our scheduled stay. Dining was also great. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Thank you and kudos to the staff of a well managed team. Its been great staying there.
