I stayed at this hotel last week and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Reception: Staff at the front desk were unwelcoming and unfriendly from check-in. On top of that, reception never answered my phone calls when I tried to reach them. Room: The room was extremely basic and small, The TV was tiny — smaller than my iPad. Food/Delivery: The hotel did not allow food delivery to be brought to the room, and room service wouldn't bring it up either. I had to go all the way down to the lobby myself to collect my food. Overall, the service and facilities were far below what I'd expect from a hotel. Honestly, I've had better experiences at 1-star hotels. I would not stay here again and don't recommend it to others
