Vivid Jeddah Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals

Stayed three nights in Jeddah — first time ever leaving a bad review, and this place truly earned it. The hotel is very old. Room facilities are outdated, and the air conditioner makes a constant loud humming noise that makes proper sleep impossible. Cleanliness is mediocre at best; although linens were changed daily, they were clearly very old and worn. But the real disaster is the service. I accidentally left a pair of hiking pants in the room after checkout. The front desk was completely incapable of handling it and told me I could only communicate via emails through Ctrip. A few days later they said the pants were “found.” When I returned to Jeddah on the 23rd to collect them, two staff members wasted over an hour and then told me they “couldn’t find them.” Seriously? Even more absurd: four days later, the hotel confirmed the pants were indeed found again, but said they could only send them via international courier — without providing sender information, and asking me to arrange and pay for the shipment myself. The entire process was contradictory, painfully slow, and extremely unprofessional. Old facilities, poor cleanliness, and shockingly incompetent service. Absolutely not recommended. Avoid.
