Open in Google MapsThe overall hotel is beautiful and the events manager/general Manager, she was amazing. On July 14 we had a wedding overall the wedding was great. The reason why I didn’t give it a full five stars I didn’t want to state that the receptionist and Bell Hopp staffing Needs retraining. We came to the hotel around two-ish p.m. to get into the bridal suite. Receptionist Gave us the key and told us take the elevator and go upstairs to floor two. We got to floor two completely no power the entire floor. I go back down to the receptionist and she stated you just need to walk and it will turn on. I continue to explain to her there’s no power whatsoever. She then proceed to tell me tell the bellhop and if the bellhop tells me there’s no power, then I will do something. The bellhop himself was already given us an attitude, but I advised him we need him to go up and see that there’s no power on floor too. Go back up there. We’re waiting for the bellhop he made it seem like he’s gonna come up with us and doesn’t even show for a whole 20 to 30 minutes and then went back out. Got the manager who got the hop and they finally came up to see that there’s no power whatsoever on this floor. Then we are the manager he then tell us to come down. He went back to the receptionist. The receptionist said oh I didn’t know the power was really Oops, I sent them to the wrong wing. After all that was sitting and done we were an hour late to our hair and makeup appointment, which then became late to the actual wedding. I did tell this to the night manager who assisted us throughout the whole entire event. She was amazing and I hope the staff gets proper training the hotels amazing, But Staff like that, it may not last
