The hotel itself is okay, the reception staff were very welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. However, the room was far below the expectations and was not comfortable at all. The view was disappointing, and there was noise from construction workers. In addition, the café offerings were below average, which was. For a five-star hotel with this price, I expected a much higher standard in terms of room quality, comfort, dining, and the overall experience.
