The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the location is convenient. It is a lovely place to relax after a long journey. What made my stay especially memorable, however, was the wonderful service from Rawan and Noura at reception. I arrived after a stressful flight feeling tired and overwhelmed, but they immediately put me at ease. Both were incredibly kind, proactive, attentive, and professional. They handled everything smoothly, anticipated what I needed, and showed genuine care throughout my stay. Romera Hotel clearly understands that exceptional hospitality begins with exceptional people. Rawan and Noura reflect the hotel’s high standards through their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. They transformed a difficult travel day into a pleasant experience and gave me every reason to return and recommend the hotel.
