Had a booking all paid for a triple pax room. the confirmation document even already had our room number assigned. came in at check in time, they gave a smaller room. went back to reception and was told the hotel is fully booked. they had me wait and i'm still standing at the reception now for an hour and was told to wait. general manager does not even speak English and hard to communicate. would not recommend.
