‎‏My stay at Eva Hotel in Al Naeem was deeply disappointing due to the unethical behavior of staff member **Ahmed**. ( Egyptian guy ) Despite initially agreeing on a price with the Saudi manager, **Mr. Mohammed Al-Ghamdi** (who was professional and resolved matters fairly), Ahmed shockingly increased the rate by **45%** the next day on the second week. When I questioned this, he refused to contact the manager, claiming he was on leave, and proceeded to exploit the situation. His attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, contradicting the hotel’s supposed standards. ‎‏While Mr. Al-Ghamdi deserves recognition for his integrity, Ahmed’s actions ruined my trust in this establishment. I urge management to address such exploitative practices immediately. Avoid this hotel unless you want to risk dishonest pricing and poor treatment. I wasn’t going to give it one star - because the service was ridiculous and I had to leave on the first day on holiday Eid. Even tho we had an agreement with the manager alghamdi I still was getting treated bad and I don’t recommend any body to stay at this hotel. I wish they give Ahmed the Egyptian guy, course on how to communicate with costumers.
