dislike for the extra 1 day payment they take for early check in ,they should give value for the customer who came a long way trip , specially, when the client confirm the time before coming. They should take it seriously, bcoz I confirmed the time with them, and they confirmed that is okay. Now I am waiting 3 hrs to check in and saying that I didn’t call and I showed him the phone number and the time. So tired from a long trip and they don’t do exception even it’s their mistake to confirm that with me specially this I’m not my first time into this hotel. Just give some value and respect to the customer.
