Please do not waste your time and money on this hotel. I honestly can’t understand how it has such a high rating, when even one star is too much for it. We booked this hotel online, and when we arrived, we were completely shocked. From the very beginning, the staff were cold and unprofessional. Even though they could clearly see that we were struggling with heavy luggage and carrying it up the stairs, they didn’t offer any help at all and made us feel far from welcome. The stairs themselves were in very poor condition, making it extremely difficult and unpleasant to carry our bags. There were three of us, but the room they gave us was incredibly small — so small that we barely had space to open our suitcases or even move around properly. The bathroom was full of mold, and it was obvious that no proper cleaning or maintenance had been done. The only part of this hotel that looks appealing in the photos is the breakfast area and its view, which is advertised as a strong point. However, the breakfast itself was very low quality and disappointing. We were only able to stay there for one night and changed our hotel the next day, because we didn’t want this place to ruin our trip. Overall, staying at this hotel was a very bad experience for us, and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
