This hotel changed my Istanbul trip from bad to excellent. I was suffering in an AirBnB without air conditioning (or even fans) in the late summer heat, and I walked into the lobby one day after mistakenly thinking it was a cafe, desperately seeking AC. After experiencing the kindness and friendliness of the staff, I decided to ditch my AirBnB and stay at their hotel. The rooms were nice - clean, comfortable, and quiet. But what really made this hotel stand out was the staff. Every individual was exceptionally hospitable, friendly, helpful, and polite. I felt like a guest, not just a customer. The location was also great. It's tucked away in an alley away from the traffic noise of the main street, and is convenient to public transport and many good restaurants and cafes. I will surely return here if I come back to Istanbul in the future.
