This hotel does not match a 5-star standard. The rooms feel more like a 3-star hotel. Breakfast is limited, with mostly sugary and fatty food, and there are very few healthy options. I also found spoiled food at breakfast, and the staff showed no real concern. The front desk was inattentive, forgetting water and towels, and housekeeping could have been much better. I expected a much higher level of service
