Very disappointing stay. We found a cockroach in our room and, during our stay, a valuable pair of earrings disappeared from the room. The situation was extremely upsetting, and we felt that the hotel’s response lacked urgency and support. For a hotel of this category, we expected much better standards regarding cleanliness, security, and customer service. I would not stay here again.
