Beautiful hotel! Special thanks to their concierge team, Berk and Ibrahim. They made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We loved all the tour bookings and restaurant reservations. We loved our tour guide (Fatih) who is very knowledgeable and took us everywhere. Also, big thanks to our ROOM STEWARD who did an immaculate job keeping us organized in our rooms. We felt welcome and special. My kids loved the daily snacks that were left by the Ritz team.
