I had a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. However, some inconsistencies were a bit surprising. In particular, the café services were confusing, as sometimes they were complimentary and other times charged. Before booking the room, it was stated that coffee would be free, but later I was informed that this only applied at check-in and check-out. The lack of a clear standard for these refreshments caused some confusion and was a slight disappointment in my overall experience (as coffee policy was unclear). I stayed for a hair transplant procedure, and due to the nature of the treatment, some staining on the pillows can occur. For this reason, pillowcases need to be changed. Even though I personally informed the reception about this, I was still charged an extra fee at check-out, which I found unusual, as such replacements are generally free in most hotels. That said, Aziz and Berkay were very helpful and kind throughout the process, and I would like to thank them.
