This was our 5th time staying at this hotel. We come to Istanbul for our son’s therapy, and every time we visit, we choose to stay here. From the manager and reception staff to the lovely housekeeping lady, everyone has always been so kind, friendly, and welcoming. What we appreciate the most is the warmth, patience, and understanding everyone shows towards our son🙏🏻. Thank you all for your kindness and wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back again💐
