The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and well kept and it really does meet your needs for a lovely stay at Istanbul with Taksim square being close by (roughly a 10 minute walk up hill). The suite we stayed at was very beautiful with good views and a very comfortable big bed with plenty of pillows and a good blanket. The AC works remarkably cooling you instantly from the heat outside. We were offered a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and an electric stove top and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The TV is a smart tv and there is free WiFi. The bathroom is very good with a lovely shower that comes with everything you need including Toothpaste and a toothbrush in case you've forgotten yours! Would recommend for others to stay here.
