We had a wonderful stay at Mr. CAS Hotels Istanbul. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the surrounding area. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but the team made us feel very comfortable and accommodated throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. A special thank you to Benjamin, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome.
