The hotel is in an excellent location, and the reception staff are extremely kind and welcoming. However, the breakfast and the “host” in the restaurant completely ruin the overall impression of the service and the hotel. An older man who is consistently rude and uncouth, always in a bad mood, combined with a very poor breakfast, significantly detracts from the entire experience.
