This hotel is really amazing. I did not expect this level of quality for the price I paid. All the staff are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The airport transfer was excellent and everything was well organized. The breakfast was great every morning. They even surprised us by buying a birthday cake and balloons, which made our trip very special. The hotel location is also perfect. It is very close to Taksim Square and there are many good restaurants nearby. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Asef, who is a very kind and respectful person, and Mahmoud, who was always incredibly helpful. If I come back to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
