Stayed here for two nights and was a very pleasant experience - I think you will be hard-pressed to find another hotel with such value for the price. Room was very clean with all necessary appliances, plus a few extras I wasn’t expecting - full TV setup, refrigerator, kettle, coffee/tea, hairdryer, night lamp. Location is prime, just a few mins walking distance from local restaurants, public transit, waterfront. And best of all was Osman, a very gracious host - incredibly helpful and a nice guy.
