Exceptionally good – Highly recommended! What a fantastic stay! Upon entering the Gönen Hotel Yenibosna, the immense, beautiful lobby immediately caught my eye, but it was the super-friendly concierge who ensured a warm welcome. Check-in went flawlessly thanks to a very friendly young man at the reception. He immediately helped me get started with the Wi-Fi and, moreover, spoke perfect English. By Turkish standards, that is truly an exceptional and very pleasant plus; the communication and helpfulness of the entire team were top-notch because of this! The hotel is truly spotlessly clean. The rooms are completely finished, the lobby is beautiful, and the swimming pool is also meticulously maintained. The breakfast is also truly excellent: nothing is missing, everything is provided, and the staff is super, super friendly. The overall service here is simply excellent. This hotel may not officially have five stars, but as far as I am concerned, it is actually worth seven stars! The location is also perfect: right opposite a large shopping mall, and you can catch a taxi from there in no time. Within half an hour, you can be at the beautiful Bosphorus or the impressive Hagia Sophia. In short: a beautiful hotel with super friendly people. I will be back here very soon and definitely again!
