The hotel isn't bad—I stayed there for four days with my family—but whenever there’s an issue, the manager shows absolutely no interest. Apparently, the reception staff have to ask the manager for approval; I requested a room change, but the manager wouldn't authorize it. He seems like a conceited, arrogant, and egotistical person!
