It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. Although I had booked a room with a small balcony—paying an extra €50 for it, as I am a smoker—I was assigned a room on the first floor with a poor view facing the building's light well. I cannot give it 5 stars, as it does not compare to the Hilton where I stayed in Alexandria. However, the rooms are good, the staff are pleasant, and the breakfast is good. The hotel has a very beautiful terrace with a distinctive view, yet it is completely neglected—the umbrellas aren't open, it is poorly maintained, and it is unclean, even though they could make excellent use of the space. After all, Ultimately, when awarding a 5-star rating, you need to recognize the significant differences when staying at one hotel versus another. What is left to say about the impeccable cleanliness, the stunning view, and the ultimate guest comfort? I am sorry, but I give it 4 stars—or perhaps slightly less. Thank you; I would say it is a satisfactory choice for everyone.
