Stayed here for 4 nights and can confidently say this was the best hotel of the four we stayed at during our Turkey trip, including a 5-star resort. The standards here are exceptionally high and, in my experience, better than many 5-star hotels in the area. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite with a beautiful Bosphorus view, which was a wonderful surprise. What really made the stay special was the staff. From reception and housekeeping to the breakfast manager and team, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and in an excellent location, walking distance to Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, the waterfront, and close to public transport. The area is also lively in the evenings. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh food constantly replenished. The lentil soup was a daily highlight. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel :)
