Writing this review while still staying here. First of all google needs to stop calling it a 5 star property. Its definately not. Just fancy recetion lobby other than that rooms are just average, gloomy and dull. Also looks old and unmaintained. 2ndly the service really bad. Called for some plates and spoons last night. Still not received it. The cleaning lady came early morning and said she needs to clean. However we had just woken up and room again gof dirty post we freshen up. Requested for basic cleaning. Nobody turned up neither did they mention if could or could not do it. Bathroom is just in ok condition. Mediocre quality of toiletries provided. Limited paper napkins. Only good part was breakfast and connectivity to rest of the city attraction. Highly disappointed.
