Such a great staff.well spoken well trained.very helpful. As we travelled n stayed here with small children. Location is ideal. The staff was very helpful in all aspects. Room r neat n clean.they supply unlimited tea when ever asked :) souvenirs at the time of check out.lots of fruits they gave for kids. Very pleasent stay in istanbul. Thnk you.
