I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com at a fixed price, booked and paid in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel on the check-in date, they refused to honor the agreed price and demanded extra payment. They told me they “don’t have rooms for that price,” which is completely unacceptable. A confirmed booking is a contract, and customers should not be forced to pay more upon arrival. Because I refused to pay extra, I was left without accommodation and the booking was eventually cancelled. This caused significant stress and inconvenience. This behavior is unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly recommend others to be very careful when booking this hotel, as they may not respect confirmed reservations or agreed prices.
