Overall, I had a good stay at Cheya Hotel. The hotel is well located, just a short walk from Beşiktaş Square, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also very nice, with a good variety of food. A special thank you to Oxana, who was always kind and welcoming during breakfast. The only major downside was the Wi-Fi. I stayed for three nights in a triple room, and the Wi-Fi was extremely poor, it would not connect at all most of the time. Although i reported the issue, it was never resolved during our stay. This was quite disappointing and is something that should be improved. Apart from the Wi-Fi issue, i had a pleasant experience and would recommend the hotel if this problem is addressed.
