This hotel is amazing for the price. The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly—Bushra at reception was fantastic, making our check-in and extended stay super smooth, and she even threw in some cute Istanbul fridge magnets. The cleaning team, especially Radna, was just as nice and attentive. The rooms are spacious with great views of Mall of Istanbul. You’d think being next to heavy traffic and the mall would be loud, but honestly it’s quiet once you close the windows. The AC works great, and the value is incredible at around €85–100 per night with breakfast included. We’re definitely coming back here. The only downside is location if you want to explore Istanbul properly—the highway makes it feel farther than it looks, so you’ll need a car to get around the city.
