We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including complimentary tea and coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. We would also like to thank the reception staff and the housekeeping team, who were always kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. There are a few points that we believe could be improved. During our stay, we spent an entire day without air conditioning because it was out of order. Although the issue was eventually resolved, it caused significant inconvenience. Another major issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke. We frequently noticed guests smoking in the emergency stairwells and in the apartment bathrooms. The smoke spread through the building and entered the bathroom of our room, eventually reaching the bedroom as well, including during the night. As non-smokers, we found this very unpleasant and disruptive. Finally, we expected that a five-star hotel would offer room service until later at night. On one occasion, shortly before midnight, we placed an order through the hotel's app, but we never received any confirmation or update. After waiting for quite some time, we had to cancel the order and leave the hotel to find a place that was still open, as we had been working until late and were unable to order dinner earlier. We believe the hotel should either extend its room service hours or, at the very least, promptly inform guests when orders cannot be fulfilled
