Here is my honest review. Service and location are excellent 5 star , however there is a lot there can be improved . Firstly at breakfast most of the food is uncovered and there was flies sitting on the food . This was very unhygienic . Secondly the twin room we stayed in was very small compared to the photos, and there is no full size mirror and no space for a luggage rack to put your luggage . The bathroom door has a gap which means you can see through it and there is no privacy . There is also no lock on the bathroom door. The shower water kept getting stuck which meant the shower was blocked but the cleaner didn’t do anything about it. The shower door also had a gap which meant the water got out and wet all the bathroom floor. The hotel has only one tiny lift which is really annoying when there’s lots of people , you have to queue . The room was clean which was good.
