The staff at this little boutique hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the amenities as advertised and is in a great location for sightseeing in the Istanbul Sultanahmet Old Town area. It is unfortunate that during the day, the Vehicular traffic can be bothersome if your objective is a peaceful holiday and it doesn't appear that rooms receive deep cleaning between visitors. The views from their restaurant and rooftop terrace are however some of the best in the city at the prices they list.
