0 stars.... This hotel is completely unprofessional and, in my opinion, a scam. Online (on Google), the price was clearly shown as 27 € per night for two people. That is the only reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived at the reception, we were suddenly told that this price “does not apply” and that we had to pay 45 € for one night instead. When we showed them the online price, the staff claimed it was a Google mistake and said it had nothing to do with the hotel. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable behavior. Attracting guests with a low price and then charging more upon arrival is not okay. The way this was handled felt dishonest and disrespectful. I felt tricked and unwelcome, and no solution or responsibility was offered. I would give zero stars if I could and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Never again.
