Urban Panda Skyview Hostel JBR

This place is misleading and feels like a complete scam. Google Maps shows the hostel at JBR, Instagram claims the building is Sadaf (JBR), but the actual booking confirmation from Hostelworld and email shows Satwa, which is nearly 30 KM away. How can it be Satwa, JBR and Sadaf-2 buiilding? And yes, there is no listing on their website either. This is blatant misrepresentation of location. We paid 180 AED advance for 5 days (2 beds) and only later realized the address mismatch. When we tried to clarify, we called the number listed on Hostelworld. The person answered from India, not even UAE, and instead of explaining, he started abusing us verbally. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He then shared a so-called “manager” number (Akhilesh), who never answered calls. As of 3 Feb 2026, there has been zero resolution, no explanation, no refund, nothing. This is not how a legitimate hostel operates. Fake location listings, outsourced abusive call handling, and no accountability. I strongly advise travelers to stay away and not risk their money or trip. Please investigate and shut this down before more people get scammed.
