I had a wonderful stay at Time Grand Plaza Hotel for 15 nights, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Mr. Vinay at the reception for his outstanding hospitality. He was very courteous and kind enough to arrange a late check-out for me, which made my departure much more convenient. His professionalism and willingness to help were truly appreciated. A special thanks also goes to Mr. Yunus from the concierge team. He was always ready to assist with my luggage, arranging my belongings, and helping with anything I needed throughout my stay. His friendly attitude and exceptional service made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend Time Grand Plaza Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding customer service. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return.
