Everything was spotless, and the entire property had such a fresh, clean scent that made us feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. It's rare to find a hotel that pays such close attention to every little detail. What truly made our celebration unforgettable, however, was the outstanding hospitality of Ms. Maureen. She is an absolute gem, and Staybridge Suites is incredibly fortunate to have someone like her on their team. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care went far beyond excellent customer service. To make my husband's birthday even more special, Ms. Maureen surprised him during breakfast by gathering the team to celebrate with him. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that touched our hearts and created a memory we will cherish forever. She made us feel like valued guests, not just another booking. Ms. Maureen is highly commendable and truly embodies what exceptional hospitality should be.
