Spacious 1Bed Apt with a huge Balcony in Dubai Marina - VST

Dear future guests, Please check very carefully whether the tower name and address you receive before arrival are identical to the accommodation shown in your original booking confirmation. We specifically booked Marina Residence Tower A because of its location. Shortly before arrival, we were informed of a different tower and a different address. The proposed alternative was approximately 1.2 km away from the property we had originally selected. For visitors on holiday this may appear to be a small difference. For us, with multiple daily journeys and appointments, this significantly affected the value and practicality of the booking. After objecting to the change, we did not receive a satisfactory solution. At the time of writing this review, we are still waiting for reimbursement of approximately €1,000 in additional costs and losses resulting from this situation. I strongly recommend that every guest carefully compare the tower name, address and map location with the original booking confirmation and immediately question any discrepancies. The apartment itself may be acceptable, but our overall experience was overshadowed by the last-minute change of accommodation and the unresolved financial consequences.
