I had booked this hotel months ago. I was aware it was taken over by another company however at the time it said it would not affect my booking. I called the hotel hours before i was due to check in to arrange a check in time, however i was notified my booking was cancelled! This put huge stress and pressure on me and my partner as we were due to fly and arrive to the property that day. They offered us alternative accomodation for over 200€ per night, not to mention i have not recieved a refund or any information from the hotel. Terrible experience with this company and very upsetting. I was also informed by email about my cancellation! A phone call would have been nice as i do not access my emails regularly HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED, AVOID !!!
