⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Sheraton was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. A very special thank you to the hotel for the complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more memorable. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday, and the team surprised us with beautiful balloons and a delicious birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made her day extra special and created memories our family will always cherish. The hotel itself is luxurious, with excellent amenities and everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing, and completely stress-free stay. Every detail was well taken care of, allowing us to simply enjoy our vacation. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Shafana for making everything run so smoothly.
