SEVEN HOTEL APARTMENTS THE PALM JUMEIRAH

Our stay with Seven Palm was almost perfect. The infinity pool was impressive, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced for the location and amenities. The only area that needs improvement is the reception experience. During our stay, the lobby was under maintenance, so guests had to enter through the staff entrance at the back. We also had some difficulty accessing the beach because no one from the staff, including the security guard, seemed to know how we could obtain the resident badge required for entry. I believe these issues were mainly due to the ongoing maintenance. Once the lobby is fully operational, I’m sure the overall guest experience will be much better.
