Let talk about possible side first: A special thank you to Jidan from the housekeeping team for keeping my room spotless every day. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and thoughtful service made my stay even more comfortable. He is young and friendly, a hardworking guy. 5 stars I would also like to recognize the concierge team for their outstanding service. They were always friendly, professional, and eager to help with directions, transportation, and recommendations. Their warm hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my experience. 5 stars Negative part: The room had some issues, after I reported for the third time, the Front Office (Filipino small girl) wasn’t handling well. As a front line she should respond quick and offer to solve the problem instead of asking a customer questions whether it can be fixed because as a customer i don’t know if it can be fixed, go ask your maintenance team. What kind of front office service is this? Does she even know how to respond? Already a night time while water is dripping all over the basin and a front office asked me if it can be fixed while trying to explain to me it is the weather issue??? One thing i can say, She isn’t professional at handling complaints. 1 star
