We were here for the Saturday Deep South Social Brunch at the Firelake Grill House and Cocktail Bar and were very pleased with the overall dining experience. The Brunch has many varied small plates options (hot and cold), special mention for the Smoked Lamb Ribs, soft, succulent and juicy. Absolutely perfectly cooked. The sea food platter with the Oysters, mussels and crab meat serve as an amazing accompaniment. The main course also has options for prawns, tuna, meat. And of course a nice round off with the desserts. Special mention for the amazingly courteous staff and service. From the reservations with Princess, to the serving staff Joel who was very accommodating and warm. Special thanks to the manager, Jeffry, for making the overall experience special. Highly recommended. We could come back just for the Smoked Lamb ribs
