Primestay - Oxford 212 Residences - JVC

Even though Iman Developers did great job with the building (flat structure, finishes, amenities. etc.) there are huge problems with the parking, ACs in the building, lift maintenance, etc.). For the 2nd year in a raw I'm facing with the same without any concerns by the management for the "long term users" - literally "live spa" and more than 50°C on both parking lvl. because the management of the building/ Developers don't turn on the ACs we're having there (dozen of them)!?!? Now imagine walking out from foyer (20°C) into the parking (50°C+) and you need to reach your car (2-5mins) at least twice a day!?!? You're risking your health on daily basis and no one responds on almost daily complaints (especially summer period)!! The pool and the common areas, stories for itself.. Really disappointed considering how much I'm paying yearly for the accommodation here.. Avoid it at any cost, don't be fooled like I was..
