Primestay - Damac Majestine Residences

Worst building I’ve ever lived in. The customer service is extremely poor, and the reception staff are often rude and completely unhelpful. Most of the time, they seem to have no idea what’s going on, and the building policies change randomly depending on who you speak to. One day they refused to let my cleaner upstairs because she was wearing normal clothes instead of a uniform — even though she was a private cleaner I hired myself. After I filed a complaint, two weeks later I brought up the issue again and suddenly they said the uniform was not the problem anymore, but that she needed to show her ID… which she already had. Nobody gives consistent information. The access cards are another nightmare. They constantly stop working or get demagnetized easily, and the door reading systems barely function properly. Every time there’s an issue, security and reception are incredibly slow to help, and their attitude is usually rude and dismissive. It honestly feels like they don’t want to work. The building itself is old and smells bad. And the parking situation is ridiculous. The plate recognition system is supposed to automatically open the barrier, but it almost never works. Every single time I have to call someone, explain who I am, answer questions, and wait several minutes just to enter. It’s a complete waste of time. Nothing works properly in this building. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before renting here!!!
